Kitchen Design & Installation
A Kitchen for us is always the heart of the home. I love to cook and a busy kitchen full of family and friends makes me very happy. For a kitchen to work it first and foremost needs to function well, making sure the flow, layout and space planning is right. Then comes adding the design features that make you feel happy and proud of your space.
A kitchen renovation is one of the most expensive projects in your home, so it’s so important to get it right. Choosing the right layout, functional materials and the right style and colours are all important. We help our clients to make smart choices with their budget to give them a kitchen that works for them, looks great and is affordable.
That said, we’re strong believers that you don’t always have to start from scratch. Well designed kitchens can be easily updated, cabinet doors can be painted or swapped out. A kitchen can often look totally different with just a few clever tweaks.
Some of the kitchens projects we’ve done recently:
Space changing construction work and new kitchen designed and installed
Upgrade of existing kitchen replacing the floor and worktops and painting the cabinetry adding new handles
Replacing new cabinet doors, handles, work tops and splash backs.
Adding a new kitchen into a Regency apartment in Brighton
Adapted an old utility room into a modern laundry and boot room
“We came to Hannah to design a new kitchen and were hesitant when she suggested painting the oak kitchen in our new home. We couldn’t believe what some basic carpentry work, some new paint and handles and a new work top could do. Our project cost us a fraction of the cost we expected which allowed us to do more work than we thought we could afford in the rest of the house. It looks totally different and we’re so happy with our ‘new’ kitchen.
